1. Using this website

These terms govern use of insurance.aldevex.com, operated by Aldevex under the Aldevex Insurance brand. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Users must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms in their jurisdiction.

2. Information, not advice or an insurance service

This is an informational and comparison resource for understanding insurance categories in Canada and the United States. There is currently no live quote form, buyer integration, or personalized comparison of provider offers. Information on this site is general and is not insurance, legal, financial, or tax advice. Seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional for your circumstances.

An interactive quote-request preview demonstrates the questions and uses ActiveProspect TrustedForm to document form entries, page interactions, and the notices and consent presented, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Completing the preview does not send a request to insurance buyers or request contact from a provider. The preview is not an operational buyer-delivery service, and certification alone does not establish consent to marketing contact.

3. No coverage, rate, or savings guarantees

We do not guarantee coverage, eligibility, rates, savings, or that any provider will offer a policy. Availability varies by state, province, territory, and provider. Insurance providers independently determine eligibility, premiums, coverage, exclusions, and other terms, and are responsible for their own products and services. Actual policy documents govern any coverage purchased directly from a provider. Nothing here claims a partnership with an insurer.

4. Your responsibilities

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information in any communication you choose to send us. Do not impersonate another person or provide information you are not authorized to share. Future quote services, if introduced, will have appropriate notices and any additional terms presented before use.

You must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt or overload the service, bypass security controls, harvest personal information, or use site content deceptively or unlawfully.

5. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and design are owned by Aldevex or used under applicable permissions. You may view the site and keep reasonable copies for personal, non-commercial use, with notices intact. Other copying, redistribution, or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by applicable law. These terms do not restrict statutory exceptions or rights in third-party materials.

This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. It does not remove mandatory consumer remedies or relieve us of duties imposed by law.

10. Responsibility for unlawful misuse

Only where enforceable under applicable law, you agree to indemnify Aldevex for reasonable, documented third-party claims and costs directly caused by your intentional unlawful misuse of the website or knowing infringement of another person's rights. This does not apply to claims caused by Aldevex's own conduct or to your lawful exercise of consumer rights, and does not require you to waive a defense or protection available under mandatory law.

11. Applicable law and consumer rights

These terms are subject to the laws that apply to your use of the service, including applicable Canadian federal and provincial or territorial laws and U.S. federal and state laws. Nothing in these terms displaces mandatory consumer protections, remedies, or court-access rights that apply based on where you live. No foreign governing law or exclusive forum is imposed by these terms. If a provision cannot be enforced in your jurisdiction, it applies only to the extent lawful and does not remove other applicable rights.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website changes and will revise the Last Updated date. Material changes will receive any additional notice or agreement required by law and will not retroactively remove accrued rights. Review the current terms before using newly introduced services.
